Engagements typically start with a two-week discovery sprint (user interviews, market mapping, team survey), followed by a define phase (MVP scope, roadmap, specs) and a delivery phase where KG works alongside your team to ship. Part-time (2-3 days/week) or full-time for intensive builds.

Yes. KG is Malaysia-based (MYT UTC+8) but works with clients across Southeast Asia and internationally. Engagement model is flexible: fully remote, hybrid, or on-site depending on the phase and what the product needs.

For early-stage companies, often yes, until the product has enough traction and complexity to justify a permanent PM hire. For companies that already have a PM, KG can augment capacity, bring in a senior perspective, or own a specific workstream. The goal is always to build product capability that outlasts the engagement.
