What we collect

This site does not operate a contact form or collect personal data directly. If you email me directly, I will retain your email address and message content for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

If analytics are enabled, your browser may send anonymised usage data (page views, referrer, device type) to Google Analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for analytics purposes only. Strictly necessary cookies (session management, security) are always active. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, which you can manage via the cookie preference panel at any time.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data held about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact me directly at hello@tehkimguan.com.

Malaysian residents have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). I will respond to all data requests within 21 days.

Third-party services

This site uses Cloudflare (CDN and DNS) and Google Analytics (optional, consent-gated). Both are governed by their respective privacy policies. No other third-party services with data collection capabilities are currently active.
