Editorial-as-a-Service
A managed content engine that produces articles built for both Google and AI search. Delivered monthly. Includes reporting, cover images, and structured data.
How it works
Most content operations optimise for Google PageRank signals: keyword density, internal linking, meta descriptions. That was sufficient until late 2024. AI search surfaces (ChatGPT browsing, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) now surface content through a different path. They favour content that carries explicit author credentials, structured data, clear factual claims, and citation-friendly sentence construction. Writing that satisfies both simultaneously requires a different editorial process.
Each article in this blueprint starts from a topic brief built against two keyword sets: traditional Google search volume data (via DataForSEO) and AI-surface topic clusters identified by monitoring what questions Perplexity and ChatGPT are synthesising answers for in your category. The intersection is where the brief lands.
Every article carries Schema.org Article markup with author, datePublished, dateModified, and publisher fields populated. The author bio section on each post includes ACMA, CGMA, and operator-of-record signals that E-E-A-T reviewers (and AI citation engines) pick up as credibility markers.
Cover images are generated via banana MCP (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image), following the abstract-tkg style guide from the site's image system. Every article has a unique cover before it publishes. Monthly reporting covers GSC click and impression trends, GA4 engagement, and a manual AI-mention scan: checking whether your site URL appears in Perplexity or ChatGPT answers for target queries.

Blueprint B questions
Yes. Every article is reviewed by KG before delivery. Claude Sonnet 4.6 subagents draft; KG edits for accuracy, voice, and factual claims. The AI speeds the process. The human is accountable for the output.
MDX files are delivered. These work with Next.js App Router content collections, Astro content collections, and Contentlayer. If you are on a different CMS, I can deliver in your preferred format.
I maintain a rolling topic cluster map built from your GSC data, DataForSEO keyword research, and a monthly AI-surface scan. You approve the topic list before I write.
Yes, with 30 days notice. There is no minimum term. The content is yours. The banana MCP cover images are yours. Nothing is locked to a platform I control.
I run the target queries manually in Perplexity and ChatGPT and check whether your domain or specific articles appear in the synthesised answers or citations. I record the date, query, and result. It is a manual scan, not an API integration.
